Design Features:

Floating ball valves are in 2 pieces bolted body. Valve can be full and reduced bore, maximum rigidity against pipeline thrust design, Bolted body constructions allow easy service and maintenance operation on site, valve made from forged components or bar stock, Bolted body constructions can be for easy service and maintenance operation.Valves can supplied with lever operator,with gear box or bare stem on customer request.

Below features mainly for all standard floating ball valves:

. Secure line flow equipped with an integral locking device

. Ensures total safety and integrity with blow-out proof stem to make separately from the ball with integral T-type round shoulder

. Between ball/stem and body with Anti-Static design are supplied form positive anti-static ISO 5211 mount plate,with standard connections simplifies the installation of actuators

. To eliminate leakage with the primary gasket is emission free graphite

Fire Safe Design

On all Ball valves,Fire safe is standard design when have acquired API 607 certification,if fire burned out the primary O-ring and seat inset, by spring will minimize the internal process medium leakage by the secondary seat fire-safe packing graphite seal,and seat ring & ball metal to metal contact preload.
