1. Anti-fire Structure

The valve is provided with two seals at each sealing part, the first O-ring and the second graphite gasket for auxiliary fire-proof seal. The fire-proof seal ring is set between the valve body and the ball body. When the soft valve seat is burnt, the ball body contacts with the sealing lip under the drive of pressure to form a seal to prevent a large number of medium leakage problems.

2.Locking device

The lock plate is designed on the valve. When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position, the valve can be locked to prevent other people from changing the working state of the valve.

3.Anti-Static device

The valve is designed to meet the requirements of anti-static. Between the ball and the valve stem, between the valve stem and the gland, there are anti-static springs and small balls to keep the continuity of conductivity between the ball and the valve stem, between the valve stem and the valve body, so that the static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the valve seat during the switching process can be led to the ground through the valve body, so as to prevent fire or explosion and other hazards caused by electrostatic sparks.
